What is the difference between a chiller and a freezer?
The main difference is the temperature range. A chiller, with its temperature range, is used for short-term storage of dairy products, fresh meats, fruits & vegetables. A freezer has a temperature much lower than a chiller, and is used for frozen meats, frozen vegetables, ice cream, and desserts.

How long should I wait before turning on my Frezmac?
Please allow the refrigerator to sit for at least 4 hours before plugging it in, allowing the compressor oil to settle.
What should I do if my product is not working properly?
Always contact us as soon as possible, and our team will do our best to get your product working.
How often should I service my Frezmac?
Frezmac recommends you to clean the filter regularly, ensure the unit is free from dust and has ample space for air circulation. Please use your Frezmac in a clean and dry environment.
