BUYERS' GUIDE TO WARRANTY CLAIM

At Frezmac, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you experience any issues covered by our warranty, we're always here to help. Here's your guide on warranty claim.

Step 1: Contact Frezmac

If you experience an issue covered under warranty, get in touch with us as soon as possible. To facilitate the process, please ensure the following:

  • The goods are properly packed and ready for return.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is included with your returned product.
  • A detailed description of the issue, along with photos or videos (if applicable), is provided.

Step 2: Pick-Up by Our Logistics Partner

Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for our appointed logistics agent to pick up the faulty goods from your location. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.

Step 3: Quality Evaluation (Up to 14 Working Days)

After we receive the returned goods, our technical team will conduct a thorough evaluation to assess the nature of the defect and determine whether it falls under the warranty coverage. This quality assessment process may take up to fourteen (14) working days.

During this time, we will carefully inspect:

The product’s condition and reported issue
Any potential signs of misuse, unauthorized repairs, or external damage
Warranty coverage eligibility based on the purchase date and usage conditions
If additional information is required, our team will reach out to you for clarification.

Step 4: Receive Your Claim Status

Once the evaluation is complete, we will notify you of your claim status. The possible outcomes are:

✅ Approved – Your warranty claim is valid, and we will proceed with the next steps for product replacement.
❌ Rejected – If the issue is found to be outside of warranty coverage (e.g., physical damage, improper usage, or unauthorized repairs), we will inform you accordingly and discuss possible alternative solutions.

Step 5: Replacement Process (21 to 45 Days)

If your claim is approved, we will begin processing your product replacement. Depending on stock availability, the replacement may take as early as twenty-one (21) days and up to forty-five (45) days.

We understand the importance of keeping your business running smoothly, and we strive to fulfill replacements as quickly as possible. Our team will provide updates on the estimated timeline so you can plan accordingly.
